I went from a 2-3% reply rate to consistently hitting 11-16% (here's exactly how)
No new tools. No better copy. Just fixing the actual system. Most people struggling with cold email aren't bad at writing. They're just missing the foundation. Sending from the wrong domains. Building untargeted lists. Leading with an offer nobody wants. Writing emails that never had a chance of landing in the inbox. I put everything I know into a free Notion guide. After reading it you'll know: - The exact domain and inbox setup that keeps you out of spam for good - How to plan a cold email campaign that actually gets replies - How to properly build a targeted lead list - What a micro offer is and how to lead with value (instead of pitching straight away) - How to write personalised emails that make them think "how the hell did you know that?" - The cold email structure that gets me a 16% reply rate So you never have to guess why your campaigns aren't working again. 👉 Grab the free guide here

Most cold email gurus sell copywriting because it's easier than explaining deliverability. In reality, your domain setup and targeting often matter more than the words inside the email.
Claude Kept Hitting Its Limit. So I Shipped the Fix 🚀
If you use Claude daily — you know this pain. You're deep in a conversation. Claude knows your project inside out. Architecture. Requirements. Every decision. Then — ⚠️ Usage limit reached. And now you have two terrible options: → Wait for the limit to reset and lose all momentum → Switch to ChatGPT and re-explain everything from scratch I got tired of it. So I built ContextShift — a Chrome extension that carries your full conversation context to any LLM the moment you hit the limit. Here's what it does: → Auto detects Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini → Captures your full chat session in one click → Saves it to your personal context library → Transfers it to any LLM instantly → Never lose your context again I built this while learning Claude Code. The tool that caused the frustration — helped me build the solution. Watch the full demo here 👇 https://youtu.be/2vKo1q6THNo?si=HPsq4Pv5Tgflgk-k Not on the Chrome Web Store yet. DM me if you want early access. 🚀

The most interesting part isn't switching between models. It's preserving project continuity. Anyone working on software, research, or long-running projects knows that rebuilding context can take longer than solving the original problem. If the extension can accurately preserve decisions, architecture, constraints, and project history, that's a genuinely valuable workflow improvement.
Who wants a free Voice AI Insights Snapshot to show their clients?
If you’re building with voice AI agents quick question: Are your clients starting to ask what’s actually happening inside the calls? What ROI is the AI agent actually generating? Metrics that matter to the business (not generic or technical ones) How you can improve performance? And so many more… We kept hitting this wall over and over. Spreadsheets, Airtable, n8n workflows… they get you there quickly in the start but our clients wanted real visibility they can easily access. So we build our own platform with our AI agent that reads your voice agent conversations and turns them into clear, actionable insights and opportunities you’d never spot manually. And the best part is it gives agencies a way to actually show their clients what’s going on inside their voice AI calls so they can prove value, stand out from other providers, and look great in front of their clients. We’re opening up a free Voice AI Insights Snapshot for the community from June 1: A client-ready breakdown of your voice AI call performance. Send a batch of your calls (as many as you like!) and we’ll break down what’s really happening inside them at no cost! Also opening a small number of free pilot builds for agencies we think are a strong fit. If you want in, just DM me 👋

The biggest shift happening right now is that clients are moving beyond "Does the AI work?" to "What business impact is it creating?" Metrics like booked appointments, lead qualification rates, objection frequency, call drop-off points, and revenue attribution matter far more than conversation length or token usage. The agencies that package these insights well will have a much easier time retaining clients.

The real breakthrough here isn't AI video generation. It's the ability to run creative testing at a scale that was previously impossible. If production costs drop from hundreds of dollars to a few dollars per variation, marketers can test angles, hooks, demographics, and offers much faster. The companies that build the best feedback loops around performance data will probably benefit more than the companies generating the most videos.
Building a new app, Pebble the prompt linter
hey everyone, been building something on the side that I think this community would find useful. it's called Pebble. you paste any prompt in, it tells you exactly what's wrong with it (vague instructions, conflicting rules, missing context) and gives you a one-click fix. built it because I kept getting inconsistent results from AI even though I "knew" how to prompt. turns out there's always something off that's hard to spot yourself. it's free, no signup needed, works with any model — Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, whatever you're using for client work. try it and if you find it useful, sign up for the waitlist. https://pebble-gamma.vercel.app

The most interesting part isn't the prompt fixing itself. It's creating a feedback loop that teaches people why a prompt failed. If users start recognizing patterns like missing context, conflicting instructions, or undefined success criteria, the product becomes educational rather than just corrective. That's where long-term retention usually comes from.
