Hello Cloud Residents, I am trying to get as many proof of address documents before my trip to the USA. I am currently using my friends address and I want to get as many proof documents before I go for the Florida State ID and banks just to be safe. I have made a rent contract and made renters insurance as well for proof but I wanted to have a few more documents. I tried T-Mobile as it is widely recognized in the USA and did not want to go for anything with a small brand and risk being asked for more and more documents. But when I go to put my ITIN and foreign passport it does not accept it. How have other members passed the verification of T mobile? (Not T Mobile Prepaid). Also any other proof of address documents that I can obtain please let me know, I can not change any bills of my friend to my name as I have no time but anything else I can do I would greatly appreciate! In the meantime, I’ve started thinking about the proof of address I’ll likely need when applying for a credit card later. I have a close friend living in the U.S. whose address I could use. What would be the easiest way to obtain proof of address that would be accepted by most banks (e.g., Chase, Capital One) while causing the least inconvenience to my friend? I’ve read that a phone bill is often accepted, but that it needs to be a postpaid plan (i.e., prepaid options like Tello may not qualify). What would be the cheapest postpaid option that could work for this purpose? I’ve also heard about options such as being added to a vehicle insurance policy or an internet bill. How does that usually work? Can my friend add me without cost or other consequences?

I am going to USA next month, and planning to open checking accounts with Chase, Wells Fargo and BofA. I can use my bank statement from Capital One as a form of proof of address, but it would be good if i can have a backup option. Thank you.

Hi everyone, I'm trying to get a T-Mobile postpaid eSIM online. Has anyone successfully done this recently? If so, what was the cheapest postpaid plan you were able to get & how did you activate the line? My main goal is to use the line for address verification with Wells Fargo, so I don't need a lot of data or features—just the cheapest legitimate option that works. Can I port my Tello number to T-Mobile & then move it back to Tello after the month ends? If T-Mobile is too expensive, are there any other fast and affordable ways to obtain proof of address in the US? I'd really appreciate any suggestions, especially low-cost methods that worked for you personally. Thanks!
