Biggest Fear Task #1 & #2
Just getting started here… My biggest coaching fear seems to be the same as many others and that is that I won’t get results with clients. And then word will get out and my coaching is will be over. To combat that, I think I need to do several things. First, I need to do the mindset work that lets me release the need for control. I can have the world’s most amazing program but people are going to do what they are going to do. But secondly, I can also do my best to choose the best clients, the people that are really ready to do the work. Part of this is also mindset. If I fall for the fear of not getting clients, I might accept everyone and anyone and that increases the likelihood of failure.

Recording coaching sessions
Can anyone help me please? When it comes to recording and sending the assessment session, which is the best way to do it? I am a little nervous of the technology and it getting, "lost" in transit. How have other people done it please?
Is AI going to wipe out coaches?
I keep getting asked the same question... "Ed, is AI gonna be good or bad for my coaching business?" "Should I be scared?" “What should I do?” Last year, I'd have had a very different answer. But today? The truth is... Unfortunately, yes… you SHOULD be scared. This isn't fearmongering. This is based on over $100 million in ad data we look at across thousands of clients. And the data never lies. Because here’s the thing: AI is causing three specific problems that are wiping out coaching businesses right now. And if your lead flow is drying up… If you’re finding it harder to get clients… Or if nobody pays attention to your social media content… This is why. However... There is a way to become "AI Proof". I've put together a brand new training to show you exactly what's happening... And how to pivot so you don't get left behind. >>> Click here to watch the AI Case Study (It's free to watch) You'll discover: - The 3 core problems AI is causing for coaches (and how to fix them) - Which niches you MUST avoid to survive - The exact type of coaching that AI can never replace Fair warning: This might be uncomfortable to hear. Especially if you've put loads of effort into a niche that is currently dying. But I have to tell you the truth. Check it out here: >>> Watch the training now

no matter how advanced AI is it will never replace human empathy and lived experience. it does have its place for fact finding and can be useful for somethings though.
3 weeks from joining the program to receiving the certificate!
I joined the program on November 23, 2023 I received a certification decision letter from Ed's team on December 15, 2023. 3 magic transformation weeks. I want to express my sincere gratitude to @Jack Jack @Greig Orrell @Hester Regoort @Ben R @Dr. Alvin Miles @Raj Dash It’s truly my privilege to share this moment with you. Your help is invaluable for me. I couldn't do it without you! Your texts, your questions and reflections, your professional approach, and your personal communication have inspired and enriched me. Communication with all of you gave me strength and confidence. But the most important thing I got is that with all of you, "the greatest luxury is the luxury of human communication" (A. Saint-Exupery) I really appreciate it! And of course, I sincerely thank each of you in this wonderful community! For your wise comments, your openness and willingness to share your experience, your willingness to help each other, and your generous likes. Thanks to your likes, I was able to open access to the program quickly. But learning continues. We continue our journey, and I am glad to have met each of you here. I'm glad we're on the same path. The letter with the certification decision contained the words, which I believe are true, and I would like to share these words from Ed's team with all of you. "The truth is, sometimes it goes unnoticed by those that are around us. Sometimes, even those closest to us don't see or understand the hard work we put in. This is a moment to celebrate your success and for others to appreciate how special you are by seeing a reward for your hard work.". Believe that soon you will get the same letter with the same words. Thank you @Ed JC Smith and your team for your professionalism, courage to make changes, generosity, and joy of communication. It's an honour for me to be a small part of your community.

Assessment
I have a question could anyone help? .I've just started and am new to this. I've noticed it says you have to do a practice and send it to be assessed. I'm concerned as I have no clients or access to anyone to practice on. What have others done?

@Dr. Tammy Stapp great thanks for the advice. So what's the best way to get in touch with other coaches? I guess it's to just ask on here hey? Do people do live zoom calls or something? It seems s bit scary atm.
