I just hit 50 push ups
although im sick today i hit 50 push ups idk im kinda dissointment of it because like 3-4 months ago i did 43 thats just like 7+ push ups tell me your thought on what should i do next pr i just ate a banana warmed up a bit like 6-8 min and did it

Is this useful in handstand training?
So i have been trying to unlock the handstand and i do cute little workout 5 days a week its 4 sets of chest to wall and 4 sets back to wall and 4 sets of frog stand hold anyways i did that without wall or anything and i can do it for 10-15 seconds is this improvement?

Should I bulk or cut?
Hey! My name is Salem, I’m 17, 165 cm, and currently 62 kg. I’ve been training for about a year now and bulked up from 52 to 62 kg (+10 kg). Even though I’ve been consistent, I haven’t unlocked skills like the handstand or muscle-up yet, but I can do around 10–12 clean pull-ups along with solid dips and push-ups. I’m a bit unsure whether I should bulk or cut next since I’ve got a mix of muscle and some fat (I can still see my upper and mid abs, if that helps I also train 3 times a week, upper lower fb because of school and I didn't try skill training). Thanks in advance for any advice!

@Chan Woo Park Hello Chan I am bulking right now and i will cut when i reach 70kilos i started learning skills and its the handstand and frogstand to handstand. i dont think my hight will grow more as i think i reached purity i got beard, deep voice etc but thanks for the advice
