Hey! My name is Salem, I’m 17, 165 cm, and currently 62 kg. I’ve been training for about a year now and bulked up from 52 to 62 kg (+10 kg). Even though I’ve been consistent, I haven’t unlocked skills like the handstand or muscle-up yet, but I can do around 10–12 clean pull-ups along with solid dips and push-ups. I’m a bit unsure whether I should bulk or cut next since I’ve got a mix of muscle and some fat (I can still see my upper and mid abs, if that helps I also train 3 times a week, upper lower fb because of school and I didn't try skill training). Thanks in advance for any advice!
