n8n
Hello everyone! So I have been building in n8n for a week using Claude Code and recently my idea became a 43 node workflow, which looks really too much. I was wondering if there is any optimal amount of nodes for a workflow? What would you advice here? Thanks!

It really depends on your workflow, complex workflow would need complex structure. That said, you can reduce unnecessary nodes to make your workflow more efficient, but don’t focus on the exact number of nodes. The count simply indicates an extra step to reach your optimal output. If it gets the job done correctly, the only improvement is increased efficiency.

@Yana Chuchmarova Yes, that can add few extra nodes on your workflow. If you haven't already, check out Nate's n8n videos, he shows you how claude code can simplify your n8n projects by a mile! But of course, you getting your hands on it really helps you understand the workflow better. Have a good day!
7-day AIS challenge - Day 5: Website Building
ACTUALLY SURPRIZED I WAS ABLE TO PULL THIS OFF Made a website about me having an ai consultncy in morocco since that is where i live, here is the website. What made me more excited is the fact i was able to add an animation inspired from 21dev https://morocco-ai-consulting.vercel.app/

This looks absolutely amazing! Hope you get your agency going smoothly!
I'm thinking of starting YouTube!
After beginning this course and visiting many businesses, I discovered that Koreans struggle to access this information because of language barriers and the intimidating introduction of AI automation. I plan to start YouTube channel aimed at Korean businesses to provide them courses so that they can understand AI more clearly. I know it can be a bit counter-productive, giving away techniques and what could potentially be my own profit sources, The information is already public, and hoarding it as if it were my own is as wrong as selling an unfinished product that nobody can understand. Nate provides many free insights and has built a large community where members help each other. I believe this approach would benefit Korean industries. Therefore, I need recommendations on how to start a YouTube channel. If you create videos, what effects or editing programs do you use?

Trust Cannot Be Automated
A successful automation demonstration proves possibility. Dependability requires the complete workflow to perform repeatedly under realistic conditions. That includes the instruction, tool selection, intended source, execution, verification, reporting, monitoring, escalation, and final human decision. A correct-looking output may still come from the wrong process. A system may also produce a polished success report without completing the requested action. Trustworthy automation therefore needs proof of execution, visible failure states, preserved evidence, retesting after change, and accountable humans with authority to stop or override the process. Which part of your automation workflow currently relies most heavily on an unverified system claim? https://creativecooking.blogspot.com/2026/07/trust-cannot-be-automated.html #Automation #AI #ProcessEngineering

Its still human beings that make decisions, and that is not going to change for a while. A well-made system can go a long way, but well-built trust can carry you through lifetime. Thanks for the insight!
One idea changed how I'm thinking about AI workflows.
I used to think the best model would always give the best result. After watching how Fable is being used, I realized that's only part of the equation. The model isn't the real advantage. The process is. Instead of asking the smartest model to do everything, let it design the approach, improve your prompts, and define the verification steps. Then let cheaper models handle most of the execution. That idea really clicked for me. The more I build automations, the more I realize good systems outlast any single model. Models will change. Prices will change. But if you own the workflow, the reasoning process, and the way your agents work together, you don't have to start over every time a new model launches. I'm starting to spend more time improving my workflows than chasing the latest model. Anyone else thinking more about process than model lately?

You can have the smartest model in the world and still output something as useless as gpt 3 outputs. What makes us great is the process like you mentioned! Great findings
