Thoughts on Obsidian
Hi folks, I was wondering if anyone has used Obsidian as a way to built out your systems since it's essentially just folders and files as well? If so, what benefits has it brought for your system?

@Noah Wilburn makes sense. I haven’t used Obsidian in the past but have seen it used as a folder/file “brain” context system from others that seems very close to the methods Jake discusses.
ICM is not equal to automation?
Do I understand correctly that ICM is not automation and never will be? It's human review "gated" workflows to produce some sort of deliverable? Not intended to run unattended or in an application? Maybe people have created ICM workflows and built a Claude code browser interface for end users and delivered this way? Is any of this true? I mean. I understand anything is possible. But am I understanding the design of ICM correctly? Purpose built workstation but not application automation.

I am still trying to wrap my head around how this fits into code repositories for applications. I have a general idea, but still working it out.

@Mario Mary I am fairly new
I'm flattered! And it's a great breakdown!!
Someone shared that a person a reaction video was made about my method and at first I was nervous but immediately it was amazing praise. I have never met with this person one-on-one and I haven't paid them or done anything other than post my own videos ! I think they do a great job at breaking some of the concepts down. It does an amazing job of breaking down some of the logic especially some parts where I go ranting in my video he slows it down a bunch ! Much needed

Will take a look at this today. Glad to see this approach catching on!
Introduction
Hello everyone, I am really thankful to Jake. I found him early in my deep dive into AI and he has saved me probably thousands of dollars not buying these secondary AI Agent companies products (and I came close). When I watched his video on MD files and building out a folder structure it was like music to my eyes. I am rolling Claude out to my team of 12 in my engineering firm and I have decided based on his videos to build out specific projects in Claude first, get the MD files dialed in while I personally am getting Cowork to help me build those projects into the folder structure to make it agentic across my entire company. I am still working on getting Co-Work to work the way I want it to, but I feel less stressed knowing that I have the fundamental idea of what to do and I also know that what I am building will last through all of the fast moving AI world. If anyone is in the construction, Engineering or Architecture space, I would be interested in connecting. I am happy to share some of my use cases and would be curious to know how you are utilizing it.

Awesome to hear. I am currently working on figuring out how to use ICM with my developers.
Did Google Steal my research?
Personally. No I don't think they did, I think the researchers are discovering what I did already ! And I'm happy they are. I would love if you all could comment, share or tag Google in this though as I would love to work with them ! I have recently stumbled across this approach and it certainly is becoming more and more evident that it’s the future.
