Introduction
Hello everyone, I am really thankful to Jake. I found him early in my deep dive into AI and he has saved me probably thousands of dollars not buying these secondary AI Agent companies products (and I came close). When I watched his video on MD files and building out a folder structure it was like music to my eyes. I am rolling Claude out to my team of 12 in my engineering firm and I have decided based on his videos to build out specific projects in Claude first, get the MD files dialed in while I personally am getting Cowork to help me build those projects into the folder structure to make it agentic across my entire company. I am still working on getting Co-Work to work the way I want it to, but I feel less stressed knowing that I have the fundamental idea of what to do and I also know that what I am building will last through all of the fast moving AI world. If anyone is in the construction, Engineering or Architecture space, I would be interested in connecting. I am happy to share some of my use cases and would be curious to know how you are utilizing it.
I should have shared this win! Claude Code Access...
I was sharing our community with our senior developer/director and telling him that what we’re doing here is going to change how we structure things in the company and create better results using Claude Code. I’m currently part of the lead team developing the company’s AI assistant model with multiple structured agents and layered analysis systems designed to support precise sales and marketing execution. I told him that I couldn’t really afford an enterprise-level account for Claude, so I haven’t been able to fully test everything I’ve been learning here as a VIP member. He spoke with the higher-ups and secured a 5-seat plan for me so I can continue applying what I’ve been learning, help the business grow in the future, and train the team using @Jake Van Clief notes...

@Jerome Anasco This story is awesome. Anytime I have had an engineer come to me with a better way who can back it up has gotten not only the resources they need, but also celebration amongst our team. I love that your team did something similar. I hope you end up building some really stuff with that plan.
Welcome to Clief Notes. Here's where to start.
1. Watch the intro video and introduce yourself in the intro post here 2. Start with The Foundation (free course). Concepts, folder architecture, prompting framework. Everything else builds on this. 3. Check in at the bottom of each lesson. Polls, discussion posts, other members working through the same stuff. Use them. 4. When you're ready to build real things, move to Implementation Playbooks (Level 2). When you're ready to build your own tools, Building Your Stack (Level 3). 5. Post your work. Ask questions. Help others when you can. What are you here to build?

@Gabrijel Biskup Same for me. That blew my mind and seemed like one of those things that once you see it, you can't unsee it.
