Duration - 60 days total (Ending 03 April 2026) Daily Non-Negotiables - ๐Ÿ“– Read 10 pages (book or Bible) - ๐Ÿ‹๏ธ 1 hour of training (1 rest day/week) - ๐Ÿฅ— Follow a clean diet (6 days/week) Mandatory Check-Ins - Make a Post every Monday & Thursday on your progress - Send an image of you in the gym/of your working out EVERY DAY - Send an image of you reading your book EVERY DAY Restart Rule - Miss a non-negotiable or check-in โ†’ restart (-5 Entries) - No exceptions Prizes - Finish 60 days โ†’ 1 raffle entry/Day - Finish + all check-ins โ†’ 10 raffle entries - Surprise rewards for grinders The Standard "We donโ€™t lose.
