Happy Friday, Service Leader Family.
You made it through another week on the drive. And I want you to take a second to actually acknowledge that — because what you do every single day is not easy. You showed up. You managed the chaos. You handled the difficult customers, the parts delays, the unexpected repairs, and the moments nobody prepared you for. You kept going when it would have been easier to check out. That is not nothing. That is everything. This week had wins — even if they did not feel like it in the moment. The customer you turned around. The recommendation you finally got approved. The repair order you stayed on top of when everything was pulling your attention somewhere else. The moment you chose to lead with patience instead of frustration. Those are wins. Own them. And if this week was hard — if it beat you up a little — that is okay too. Growth is not always comfortable. The drive has a way of teaching you things about yourself that no classroom ever could. Every hard week is building something in you that an easy week never would. You are not just a service advisor. You are a leader. You are the face of your organization. You are the standard. Go finish this Friday strong. Your customers need you at your best — but more importantly, YOU deserve to finish the week at your best. Drop your biggest win from this week below. Let’s celebrate each other.

Survived a criminally understaffed service drive and came out on the other side
To everyone working the drive today — Saturday respect.
While most people are sleeping in or doing absolutely nothing — you are up, you are dressed, and you are ready to take on a full drive with half the staff. No parts department. Limited technicians. Customers who waited all week to come in and brought every problem with them. Saturday on the service drive is not for the weak. But here is what I have learned about Saturday advisors — they are built different. The ones who show up on Saturday with the same energy and the same standard they bring on a Tuesday morning are the ones who build the most loyal books of business. Because your customers notice. They remember who took care of them on a Saturday. They remember who answered the phone when nobody else did. They remember who stayed until the last car was done. Saturday is not a punishment. It is a proving ground. Hold the standard today. Your customers are counting on you. let's see, who is out here holding it down today?
