Half the trick to acquiring listings online is literally just following up on leads consistently. Running a 'winning' ad is great, but if you do not have a sick follow up process, bye bye listings. Harry

Very True! I like using a education follow up plan breaking down the free report in bite size chunks with emails then send text about the email then followed up with a call.

WoW that is great, I wondered how that would work hiring a professional spokes person do the ad for you. I have seen Barbara Corcoran do ads for some agents I kinda thought that was more of a vanity play. What are your thoughts on having celebrities or local celebrity personalities do ads for you? One of my old partners tried branding his business with Terrell Davis a former Denver Bronco running back. And it tanked but i wonder if having him do little video ads if it would have worked out?

😃Dorothea Stack that is awesome! My favorite part of being a agent is telling clients "i told you so" when they miss out definitely makes them more agreeable in the future lol I do love a good hoarder house challenge. What do you do for them? I have tried a few different ways to help them like getting the shipping containers, hiring movers to help, using getting a cash offer program, buying the home myself. But i haven't found anything i would or could really recommend as a repeatable process.
