What are you guys using in order to get high quality mock ups thanks

Hi all i’m new to this poster shrimp stuff i’ve previously been selling on vinted for about a year and have done a few thousand pound in revenue however it’s a lot of hastle as i have to do everything by myself is etsy better than vinted? and how easy is it to set up a selling account and is this a form of drop shipping?
