It's always a work in progress to tweak, split test, and improve. However, given the results I've been getting I don't believe that I should disclude outbound. I do agree that I should be on other platforms also, but I'm ex-military, security-conscious (as best I can be), and I've seen TikTok's terms and conditions. I'm not saying the others platforms are angels, but everything about TT's TaC makes me not want to use that platform. Ever. But I do agree with Instagram and Facebook. I already have courses and templates, etc., but the former do need updating (and I do agree with nailing down on my multi-tier offer). I do note your other points, and when I'm approaching 10k followers, I'll be thinking further afield and about what you advised. Many thanks again, Farhan, it's very much appreciated. Russ

Would need to see the email to advise more, but regarding the unsubscribe, how did they get on your list and what were the expectations, i.e. what was promised? Equally, people do just sometimes unsubscribe. I know I do.

I have some of my own products but haven't given them the care and attention they both need and deserve so it'd be more accurate to say I have products 'available' rather than 'selling'. :D (I mainly work online as a technical copywriter and joined this group as theres' one particular service that I offer that is new, ultra-niche, and as far as I'm aware, I'm the only person who offers this kind of service. The problem, however, is it's always inbound. I've not managed to get one client from educating/outbound. That's what I hope to change. Congrats again.
