As you all know, I am already working. So, I was stuck in Annual Operating Plan for 2026 for the Supply Chain, Ethiopia. During the process, I have some learning which I wanted to share with this community. Think of annual planning as your GPS for success. Instead of taking one giant, overwhelming route, break it into key checkpoints—like we did with our 2026 plan in two phases from September to December. Apply this to your life: set your vision for the year, then break it into quarterly sprints to review, adapt, and stay on track. Consistent small steps beat a rushed, stressful marathon every time.

I think this pyramid not only helped me but also my way of dealing with kids and managing my expectations from them when it comes to teaching them a certain topic. 💡
