I have a list of about 400 completely abandoned homes in Houston that I’ve been building since I got in real estate with dead homeowners of trashed houses, abandoned lots & etc…all stuck in an estate…I have zero probate experience but it’s about time I start actually trying to make some money off this list that’s atleast 7 years in the making, willing to profit split with anyone experienced in finding dead homeowners

m going to start marketing to probate records, since the owner of the property is deceased do I skiptrace the personal representative along with the probate property or do I skiptrace the owner of the deceased property and call the relatives that come from the skiptrace results? Who are you guys using for skiptracing? Thanks
