m going to start marketing to probate records, since the owner of the property is deceased do I skiptrace the personal representative along with the probate property or do I skiptrace the owner of the deceased property and call the relatives that come from the skiptrace results? For those of you cold calling for lead gen what have your kpi's have been? I have my cold caller dialing 5 days a week and lead gen has been non-existent. I am marketing in DFW, seems like connection rate to sellers answering the phone is my biggest set back. Any tips?
