Morning view - what's yours?
Here's two morning views as I have my coffee - looking away from my veranda to the farm across the road, and looking towards my veranda at all the pile of crap that's supposed to be being cleaned up! I was only going to share the first photo, but I've been thinking how everyone just puts the nice view on social media and we never see the alternate view. Or you could think of it as the fantasy view and the realist view. I'm sure you can guess which side of the table I sit on as I'm drinking the coffee! I'd love to see your morning views. Nice and green Kath! This was my morning view from behind our Scottish bnb. Back in Oz in a week, but soaking it in while I can. One of the pleasures of travel is the lightness of being; everything you need is in a bag or two.

@Jules Baker the girls declined but I thought you only live once so I risked life and limb (or so it felt) to kiss the stone. No hanging upside down though, although it felt like it. Met a friend at a community run cafe for lunch (from Orange NSW) who's travelling light and currently staying in a squat in Bristol waiting to hear if they've got into a film making course in London. I told Lenny about your cards, and my one today, connection, was very relevant. From left, Georgie, me and Maddie, and friend Lenny.
