1:1 Coaching needed - I'm happy to pay!
Hello :-) I have a meeting with a potential client in two days, and I can't get my AI past testing. When I run the test, it takes hours to complete (i.e overnight) and 95% of the questions/conversations return this error: Analysis error: Error code: 429 - {'error': {'message': 'Rate limit reached for gpt-4o in organization org-kKvBUetsbzMtWm2LGSqtcMUB on tokens per min (TPM): Limit 10000, Used 9936, Requested 573. Please try again in 3.054s. Visit https://platform.openai.com/account/rate-limits to learn more. You can increase your rate limit by adding a payment method to your account at https://platform.openai.com/account/billing.', 'type': 'tokens', 'param': None, 'code': 'rate_limit_exceeded'}} It's passing 3 of the questions, then just failing the rest - not even testing them. I have a payment method on my account, so that's not the problem. I know the rate limits can't be changed, so that's not an option and it shouldn't be the problem anyway - otherwise everyone would be getting this error when they test any Agent. There must be something I'm doing wrong - if anyone can help I'd be so grateful for a coaching session to fix it and show me how to avoid this in the future, more than happy to pay you!

You're using GPT-4o and hit your rate limit. Specifically, you're almost out of "tokens per minute" (TPM). - Your limit is 10,000 tokens per minute - You've already used 9,936 - You're asking for 573 more - But that would go over your limit, so the system says "wait a few seconds." Fixes: 1. Wait a few seconds (the error says try again in about 3 seconds). 2. Use fewer tokens (make smaller requests). 3. Increase your limit by adding a payment method with automatic payments when low on tokens or upgrading your plan.

If you find it let me know, I've been using it for about 2 weeks now and I don't think it's there.
First Potentiental Client Meeting Today.
I had my first potential client meeting today, a big milestone. I didn’t land the client, but I walked away with a ton of insights. I learned what worked, what didn’t, and where I need to tighten up. Honestly, just getting in the call felt like a win. Every “no” is one step closer to the right “yes.” Win in my book. Now let me lock in and land that first client.
Problem finding clients, any tips?
I send about 100/200 emails out to companies everyday. Also about 20/30 LinkedIn messages daily. I have been doing so for the past week. Thus far only got 2 replies. Send those companies the Demo version of the AI Agent. However sadly no responses after. Does anyone have any tips on getting a better response rate or more solid ways to find clients?

@Elijah Mateo Thanks for the advice really appreciate it! I've been following up about three days after my initial email if I haven't heard back. For smaller businesses, I make sure to personalize each message so it speaks to their specific needs or niche. And for larger companies, I try to keep it professional but still engaging, often tying the email into something relevant or timely that relates to their business. Still working on getting more traction, but I’m staying consistent!

@Jerry Tebbs You’re spot on about doing a bit of “friendly stalking” first i think it can make a difference. I’ve been doing the follow ups after a few days, just to stay on their radar without being annoying (3 days or so). When it’s a small business, I’ll usually bring up something local or specific to them so it doesn’t feel like a cold pitch. Totally feel you on the outdated websites, if it looks like it hasn’t been touched in years, there’s a good chance they’re not checking DMs or emails either. I haven’t done much calling yet, but the way you frame it makes it feel way less awkward and more like a real convo. That “I’m local, I’ve already built something for you” line is smooth and respectful. Gives value right away. Might have to steal that one. Appreciate you sharing your process!
testmyprompt question
hey guys, I would like to offer services in my country, but we don't speak English, As it's AI I assume it knows all languages, but I just wanna make sure if I can make bots in other languages than English, thanks in advanced.
