The best time to convert a lead is within 60 seconds of contact.
Someone just filled out your form they’re interested, they’re ready to talk. But most businesses wait hours (sometimes days) to follow up, and by then the lead is cold. Now AI can fix that. The moment a form is submitted, an AI voice agent can call the lead back within 60 seconds. It asks questions, qualifies them, and can even book an appointment right away. It never delays, never forgets, and never misses. Do you think an AI agent could actually handle this better than a human rep? https://youtu.be/jWGGXPtT3Y0

@Arbaz Riaz yes I agree, being agile is a quality characteristic of AI to enable “speed and effectiveness with which AI systems and the humans working with them can adapt to changing conditions, challenges, and opportunities.” I believe AI agents can act quicker than a person therefore increasing customer engagement and satisfaction. A key KPI, to make sure we answer customer calls within x minutes and how many of them are resolved. In my personal opinion when customer questions are complex or deal with a product complaint is the biggest challenge in my opinion as they need to be escalated to a higher level. Or requires a supervisor or manager to make a decision. But for the most part yes AI will contact the customer quickly and remain with the customer until the question is answered or given an option or how to proceed.

🚀 AI Automation Isn’t the Future – It’s the Present
Most businesses I talk to still think of automation as something "on the horizon." The truth? AI-driven automation is already transforming how companies scale, optimize, and compete. The difference between organizations that thrive and those that lag isn’t whether they adopt AI, but how strategically they do it. Here are 3 key pillars every business leader should focus on when implementing AI automation: 1️⃣ Process First, AI Second – Automating a broken process just makes the inefficiency faster. The real ROI comes from redesigning workflows before layering AI. 2️⃣ Human + AI Collaboration – The smartest companies don’t replace people; they amplify them. Think of AI as your team’s “co-pilot,” not a substitute. 3️⃣ Scalability & Governance – Proof-of-concepts are easy. Scaling securely, with compliance and trust baked in, is where true expertise comes into play. 💡 The organizations that win in this new era will be those that treat AI automation not as a one-off project, but as a core business capability. The question isn’t “Should we use AI automation?”—it’s “How fast can we deploy it responsibly and effectively?”

@Dr. Mohamed Samy I found this useful. Im wondering what is a great and easy to use tool that can help me create a workflow to make a process more efficient. We don’t want to automate a broken process. Another concern is accuracy of data to automate. Years of unverified, inaccurate, manual entries im Excel files or unreliable data creates lack of trust. Or in other terms garbage in, garbage out.

@Dr. Mohamed Samy I have Visio for example, but I I feel a worrkflow is not very intuitive for the non technical pople I think. I have understanding of creating process “workflows”. But wanted to know if there are good tools that can be used to show a good workflow. Thanks a lot for your willingness to help. Is there a tool out there that can be used to show a good workflow? Perhaps craating a workflow using Power BI as a new tool instead of a 100% manual Excel spreadsheet.
Cybersecurity and Phyton
Hi everyone, Is Phyton coding a great skill to have in the field of Cybersecurity. I have been following Palo Alto Networks and NVIDIA for some time and would like to be more marketable.

@Dr. Mohamed Samy thanks a lot for offering your experience. So hard to decide sometimes on what to sharply focus like a laser light to get you in what your next step shall be. Need to follow my plan and get it done.

@Oriol Fort thank you for your advice and mentorship. I strongly believe that AI Safety, AI Compliance topics, AI Ethics and Cybersecurity are continually evolving as regulatory bodies and governments and institutions continue to put together documentation that attempt to ensure many risks are minimized.
