Cardigan…straight or shaped?
I’m curious to know what option knitters are choosing for the cardigan style sweater…straight or shaped? What is your thought process? Currently I’m thinking straight fit in order for the sweater to have a sweater to wear over a shirt (hanging open).

I'm doing a straight cardigan. Like @Maria Partington I too went some extra rounds before splitting for sleeves, going for a not-too-tight cardigan. I'm used to making fitted garments with lace and fingering, so this is a totally different beast! This sweater is so very thick and I'm not wanting it to be too tight. I've been trying it on and it has plenty of room to be worn over anything underneath.

Just in time for clue 4 - cannot wait! I did a lateral braid before the folded 2x2 rib and very pleased with the result.
