@Cliff Perry yes the power side of the coil, but has a ground on the other side of the coil,it looks like it also ground the obd connector, that is why i asked if you had communication, the problem is you can answer the questions we ask s you dont have the car,he can join the skool for the 7 day free trial and we might be able to help

Shake What Your Momma Gave You
Toyota Noah with a 1NZ-FSE engine, customer states that my transmission was replaced a few weeks ago but slowly they noticed that the vehicle has a serious vibration at idle and acceleration. Someone mentioned that it could be the engine and transmission mount, so he asked if I can take a look at it. First, the client's complaint was verified but I noticed that the transmission fluid was leaking from the bell housing area. Second, act on the diagnose and findings. Third, found the fault of the excessive vibration and fluid leak. Forth, found the cause (dowel missing on transmission bell housing- use for alignment of the engine block to the transmission). The torque converter, seals and flywheel has to be replace before we can confirm if the transmission is still in good working condition. This is definitely a costly, unfortunate repair that has to be done but at least we were able to diagnose without guessing. Test-Not Guess.

@Cliff Perry the dealer stuff does not show that relay or its called something else, does your scanner work on the car?

@Cliff Perry if its the relay in your picture, its saying you have lost a ground, but that is linked to the obd port so that would not be working either
Transit crankcase pressure
Pulling my hair out here because “customers always right” Got a transit 2.0 ecoblue, I’ve put a head on it and the customer took it away and is complaining of too much crank pressure and smoke out the oil filler with the cap off, I’ve put a pressure transducer in the oil filler and this is my waveform, my question is does it look right, is 300mBar too much crank pressure in a 2.0ecoblue. Any thoughts or suggestions please!!!

I’ve never checked one but I can check my motorhome for smoke but I don’t have a pressure transducer,is there any other faults apart from him looking for faults that are not there?
day one of the rms skool!!
Morning everyone 👋 First of all, a big welcome and thank you — 14 members joining on day one is brilliant to see, and I really appreciate you being here. It’s Monday morning, so I hope you’ve all got a good week ahead in the workshop. If you can, when you get your first diagnostic job of the week, take a quick photo and post it in the “Your Own Faults” section in the community. It doesn’t have to be anything major — even just a quick snap and a short description of the issue is perfect. The idea is to start sharing what we’re all working on, learn from each other’s real-world jobs, and build a proper diagnostics-focused community. Look forward to seeing what everyone’s got in this week 🔧 Bob
