Happy Saturday future millionaires, now I'm all for being humble but sometimes you gotta let em know! This client right here, came to me off referral after I took care of his homeboy's credit. My guy is in real tough spot, on disability and having to go to dialysis treatments 3 times a week. My guy was down so bad he missed our welcome zoom call FOUR TIMES, and eventually asked me "is there anyway you can move forward without me for a while"........SAY LESS MY GUY At this point Portfolio HATE to see me coming because they know I'm not about to play with them! ✅Cleaned up his personal information (moved his address to his new business address before disputing) ✅Froze and opted out of his secondary bureaus (before disputing) ✅Sent initial disputes First Class mail JUST to bureaus ✅After stall letters escalated with FCRA 15 U.S.C. § 1681i(a) – reinvestigation (bureaus must conduct a reasonable reinvestigation) ✅Went straight to the furnishers with FCRA 15 U.S.C. § 1681s-2(b) – furnisher duties (requires the data furnisher to verify, correct, or delete). ✅Then hit the furnisher again pointing out the violation of 15 U.S.C. § 1692e – the collector verified with false/misleading info (FDCPA). And just like that Portfolio is gone and my boy is well on his way to the 700 club.
