That sounds like a big deal @Jason West. I have been using Midjourney to do this, and it is excellent. Integrating this capability into ChatGPT should be awesome.

@Teresa Rosche Ott I agree about the sometimes bizarre appendages in Midjourney. It has its limits and quirks for sure. I also agree that it’s better than stock photos (within its limits).
ChatGPT Blocked By YouTube
Interesting....I went to pull in some information from a Youtube video today using a ChatGPT plugin, and it would not return anything. So I tried another plugin, and it said that the Robots.txt file on YouTube was blocking access.

@Deleted in my experience it will handle up to around 2,500 words pasted in at a time. What I do is break the larger document t into around 2,200 word chunks and tell it to just respond YES to each one. So I might break a 5,000 word document into three chunks, each with up to 2,200 words. I then create my prompt along the lines of please summarise everything above. Works fine.

@Deleted I just edited my message. I try to break larger reference documents into chunks of 2,000 - 2,200 words.

@Ozzie Nano no idea since I’ve used the paid version for years. It’s using “snippets”, one of the tools in the features tab. A quick check suggests that they will work with the free version.

@Ozzie Nano it works really well and reliably for me.
Is it True? Is ChatGPT Getting Dumber? 😱
Since there's been a lot of talk about this online, and many people are saying that Chat GPT is actually LESS smart than it used to be, I thought I'd do a video and test it out! Here's the link to watch: https://youtu.be/9VA-AAQJ5gY I'd love to know your opinion and if you think it's true 🤔 Jason

I've tried Claude as a result of this thread. It doesn’t work well for what I need to do. It’s also rather slow. I’ll keep an eye on it ...

When Chat GPT updates it does often change the structure and formatting of its output. The latest release is particularly guilty of this - lots of colons appearing in headlines and body copy to mention just one change, formatting headlines in bold … fine for lots of people, but not for my use cases. I have tweaked my prompts to compensate and along the way have made a few chance discoveries that have further improved the output. My post-GPT processing routines have also required a bunch of changes but it’s now sorted … until the next update comes along, no doubt.
