Spontaneous Humming Challenge!!!
Ok!! I’ve been so inspired by @Erron Z. L. Callahan’s post today in my community, Fear Less Spontaneous Music, that I wanted to put a challenge to us all, here in the Vibe Tribe!!!…… Spontaneous Humming!!! Why? Research is starting to support that humming has physiological and psychological benefits when we hum! Also, this is a simple way to make music with ourselves and to experiment with improvising! If you feel unsure or self conscious about doing this……. Start with one note! Take a deep breathe into your diaphragm then expel air while humming one note for as long as you can! Do this a few times! When you feel comfortable, do this again, but this time do this with two notes. Do this a few times! Now relax and stop taking deep breaths and just use long breaths still but move between these two notes in any way you choose! When you are ready, try this with 3 notes, 4 notes and so on! Remember, this is not about performing or sounding great, this is about experimenting with making sound and music, and experiencing the benefits of humming!!! Have fun and feel free to share your experiences!!!

Growing up in my hometown back in the 80's, there was a daily dose of prayers from the mosque, chinese/buddhist and indian temples. I never understood the prayers nor it's language, but it's similar to what you are explaining. There's a soothing humming / vibrational part in their daily routine. AND if you even been to such places, it always feels like a rat race with the daily bustling activities from factories, traffic, etc especially in most cities that never sleeps. And yet most people find a way to manage their stress with possibly the help of such "prayers"..... consciously or subconsciously.

Connection Between Food & Music
In my experience, the ambiance of a place makes a lot of difference in our life. Since I love cooking and hosting dinners, I've notice behaviors change depending on how I set the situation. One of the situations is music or sound. Have any of you got deeper in your music that you can connect certain type of music to a type of dish category serve. Some example categories are appetizers or spicy food or desserts? My chatty AI tells me .... ➡️ Yes, there is a strong, scientifically backed connection between food, music, and sound, often referred to as "sonic seasoning." Sound environments and music tempo or pitch can drastically alter taste perception—making food seem sweeter, bitterer, or affecting how quickly you eat—a phenomenon known as cross-modal correspondence I'm no music expert nor play any instrument but I do move to the beat that jives me. But it would be interesting to hear your thoughts!

@Terence James Are you into food or culinary?

@Zor Zen Den While you are an expert in your guided meditations, I'm more of helping people having memorable experience with their meals. This does not necessarily revolves around calm music but more relatable and playful. Once such culinary experience was done by Chef Ferran Adria at El Bulli.
Visualization Vs Soundation
If you know the benefits of visualization, it can mean a lot. You can apply in your daily life and even change how you feel throughout the day. In certain professional practices or sports, athletes apply this method to hone their skills like movements 🤾🏼 and sequences before physically doing it. It becomes 2nd nature when they have to do it during competitions. So visualization, clearly getting it in your mind before it happens. But I’ve been thinking about something similar with sound 🔊. Almost like hearing the moment in your head before it actually happens. The laughter at the table, the clinking glasses, the rhythm of conversation. In a way, both visualization and sound imagination help you step into the experience before it even starts. It’s like rehearsing the atmosphere you want to create. Call me woo woo, but I apply some of these concepts in my dishes. For those who create music or sound, do you ever imagine something in your head to generate notes 🎼, the same way people visualize things? Is this something similar to "Soundation" in psychological context?

@Fatima Teixeira It's a wonderful feeling when you know your expertise! What are the top 3 "intention" examples that most of your client request?
🌸 piano cohort?? 🤔
Thinking of forming a cohort of 5 tribers on March 22nd for a month. Thinking of pricing it at $222 and will include deep dive personalized calls + recordings, of course. I find calls to be the most effective. If we get 5 Tribers wanting this, I will do it. If not - then no. If you never played - you will play awesome songs!!! If you already play - you will up your game tremendously! Let me know! Attaching videos of my students: Brock - plays Nuvole Bianche (Liudovico Einaudi) Sneha - Requiem for a Dream (Clint Mansell) Samanda - Your Song (Elton John) Sky - Canon in D (Johann Pachelbel) Hannah - Turkish March (Mozart) Holy - Fur Elise (Beethoven) Josh - Because (The Beatles) Samantha - Fantasie Impromptu (Chopin) Caroline - Moonlight Sonata (Beethoven) Marta - Sonata in A Minor (Mozart)

I wish I had your artistic skills and charging $$. In my realm, it's culinary. If it was about cooking a dish, I would only think of charging a single digit $ because of the tons of cooking materials available online. But, once I gain credibility and build my brand, then even a simple cooking course like fried rice could be charge $$. Unfortunately, I'm not there just yet. In your case, I'm sure it's similar - many others can find playing instruments and recording to be coached. What makes yours valuable is personality, personalize and brand/trust/relatable. AND that takes time, effort and knowing oneself. Wishing you all the best for success in your cohort!
