Hey Mark here. Want to get from 100+kg down to under 90 Want to go from 0 pull ups to 10, no cheating. Not sure what level I’m even at, prob still got the rose tinted glasses on of what I think I can do but 41 now
1 at a time my friend. Get a band and use it to help you in doing it until you build up the strength to do them yourself. Different strength bands will help you getting there. You got this!
Turning 50 this year. From Toronto Canada, 5 kids and a full time job so not a lot of spare time but hoping I can learn some stuff and hopefully some cool skills. Use to be in great shape when I was in the army. Hoping I can get back into decent shape. Holding a proper handstand would be cool. Planche would be awesome. Human flag would be incredible.
