It's about building strength and consistency in real life. 💪 About the Free Monthly Workouts Inside this group, you’ll get free monthly workouts designed specifically for busy parents. Here’s what to expect: - 20–30 minute workouts - Dumbbells or bodyweight only - No jumping, no chaos, no complicated moves - Full-body strength focused on energy and consistency Each month, I’ll post a new set of workouts so you always know exactly what to do next — no searching, no guessing. 📚 Where to Find the Workouts All workouts live in the Classroom tab at the top of the group. 👉 Go to Classroom → Monthly Workouts Start with the most recent month and follow the schedule at your own pace.If you miss a day or a week, you don’t “fall behind.”You just pick back up where you are. 🤝 How to Get the Most Out of This Group This works best when we do it together. I encourage you to: - Post when you complete a workout - Share small wins (they matter) - Ask questions when you’re unsure - Reply to and support others in the group You don’t need to post perfectly or often — even a simple “Workout done ✅” helps build momentum. This is a judgment-free space. Happy Monday
I’m up 1.4 lbs but down 2cm in my waist 😩. I know the scale can fluctuate but it’s not what I wanted lol

If your waist is down than that means you gained 1.4lbs of water. It goes away!
Challenge update
The whole time I was in SF for a conference, I was able to average 2mi a day. I didn't manage to do more despite wanting to workout. But the walking counts, right?! Sigh.

Final week for a chance at $500
Something that I always keep in the back of my mind... Especially after missing a workout or three. Is that consistency is not perfection. It's not about never missing a workout, but instead it's that you try any chance you get. So if you blinked and realized it's been a few days or weeks, we've all been there. But I do want you to try to keep going. Because doing nothing guarantees that nothing changes Who's crushing it this week?
