COLD SHOWER 🚿
Who else can't bring themselves to do the cold shower. I'm a big wuss when it comes to cold water. I want to but I just can't. 🥶

@Tilsa Thomas I’d love to hear about your experience and why you decided you don’t want to do it again.🥶

Day 5 Done!
My lowest Harmony dimension: Social Connections — this is the area that needs the most love and attention. I want to become more intentional about the relationships I choose and make them a source of connection and joy rather than another responsibility. Wind-down pattern I noticed: I tend to keep thinking about unfinished tasks, responsibilities, and things I need to organize. Instead of completely switching off, my mind continues managing and planning. Morning pattern I noticed: My mornings have become more intentional. I decided to close my open loops: because having too many unfinished things—papers, courses, financial matters, personal belongings, and decisions—keeps taking up mental space. I want to choose what is truly important, finish what I can, and consciously let go of what I no longer need. What surprised me: I realized that my mental clutter is not only about having too many things to do. My mind seems to stay in a constant state of managing, organizing, anticipating, and solving. Even when nothing is urgently happening, I can still feel as if I need to be doing something.
Day 3 Done!
The belief that's been holding me back most: I have to do things completely and correctly the first time. Where it came from: The way I was raised. My new code: I don’t have to get everything right the first time. I can start, learn, make mistakes, and improve along the way. Progress is more important than perfection. My Future Self statement: I am the kind of person who never loses; I either win or learn.
Day 2 Done!
The mask I’ve been wearing most: The good, responsible, and quiet one — the person who tries to keep everyone happy, avoid upsetting others, and handle everything herself. How exhausting it’s been: It wasn’t exhaustingو because I didn’t realize I was wearing a mask. It was simply the way I learned to be. But as I grew older and became more aware of myself, and the pattern continued, I started questioning it: Why do I do this? Why do I feel like I have to do everything? Why is it so difficult for me to say no, ask for help, or simply rest? Why do I feel responsible for everything and everyone? Why I am exhausted and overwhelmed. What I loved as a kid (before the masks): I loved playing teacher, playing with dolls, and playing with my sister.
REPLAY IS UP, DAY 1 WAS 🔥
MAKE SURE TO READ THIS! I started with asking a question: how familiar is this cycle? New thing, two weeks of hype, one missed day, shame, quit. Almost every answer was a 10. If that's you, Day 1 is the most important 27 minutes of your week (and probably more then that ;) By the end you'll know why nothing you tried has ever stuck. Not the apps, not the planners, not the courses. And why that was never a discipline problem, and never a you problem. You'll also meet the model behind this whole week: the gap between your current self and the future self you stopped daring to imagine. ▶️ Watch the replay here. Missed the live session? Good, read this twice: This is exactly the moment the old pattern whispers "I'm already behind." Missing a session is human. Disappearing is the pattern. That pattern is the thing we're breaking this week, so press play tonight. And tomorrow it gets uncomfortable. Day 2 is called Your Invisible Cage: masking, people pleasing, overachieving, and who you actually are underneath. For a lot of people this is the day things start to shift. It builds directly on Day 1, so watch the replay before then. We're live again tomorrow at 18:00 CEST · 17:00 UK · 12:00pm ET · 9:00am PT · 02:00 next day AEST. 👇 Comment REPLAY to commit and let us know you will watch it. If you finished day 1, let us know your biggest insights. With love, 💛 Jim
