WIN THE MORNING. WIN THE DAY.
Let’s be honest for a second. If your mornings are reactive…your days are reactive. And if your days are reactive…your results are average. This slipped for me slightly over the past few weeks... straight on the phone, straight into work, no structure… And I felt it: - Lower energy - Worse recovery - More stress - Less control That’s the cost. So this week, we reset. IT STARTS THE NIGHT BEFORE Winning the morning isn’t about willpower. It’s about preparation. Before you go to bed: - Plan tomorrow (training, meals, priorities) - Get what you need ready - Remove decisions Because the more decisions you have to make in the morning…the more likely you are to make the wrong ones. šŸ‘‰ Planning = clarity šŸ‘‰ Clarity = execution THE MORNING STANDARD No negotiation. ā›” No snooze button. Every time you hit snooze, you’re delaying action. That’s a habit, and it carries into everything else. šŸ“µ No phone for 20–30 minutes. Don’t let the world dictate your mindset before you’ve even started your day. šŸ’§ Hydrate immediately, 750ml water minimum, I add electrolytes. Wake the system up. šŸƒā€ā™‚ļø Move your body. It doesn’t need to be perfect. Stretch. Walk. 20 push-ups. Just get your heart rate up and body moving. THIS IS THE DIFFERENCE Average people wait to feel ready. High performers create momentum early. You don’t rise to your goals. You fall to the level of your systems. YOUR TASK THIS WEEK šŸ‘‰ Lock in your night-before routine šŸ‘‰ Execute your morning standard šŸ‘‰ Build momentum daily Comment below: What ONE thing are you fixing in your morning routine this week? No more drifting. No more soft starts. Let’s raise the standard. šŸ‘Š

Mince pies are lush - especially if you lift the lid and pop a spoon of brandy butter inside. 10 seconds in the microwave before adding the butter is optional šŸ˜‹šŸ˜†
THE 5 PILLARS TO END 2025 STRONG
Read this carefully… Because the next few weeks will decide whether you finish the year proud or spend January trying to fix what you let slip. This is the time of year when most people fall off. Work parties… travel… cold weather…And before they know it, they’ve undone months of progress. But you’re not ā€œmost people.ā€ Inside this team, we hold ourselves to a different standard. Not because life is easy. Not because motivation is high. But because they live by the standards they set. And that’s exactly how YOU will finish 2025 on the front foot. Here are the five pillars to dominate the final stretch of the year: 1ļøāƒ£ Be PROACTIVE, not reactive December is simple when you plan it. Stressful when you don’t. Look ahead → events → meals → travel → training. Have a plan before the chaos hits. 2ļøāƒ£ Pick Your Battles You don’t need to win every day—just the right ones. Control your typical days. Enjoy the social ones guilt-free. Smart > perfect. 3ļøāƒ£ Set CLEAR Non-Negotiables This is where results are protected.2–3 workouts, Daily steps, Protein target, Water, Sleep minimum. Your floor matters more than your ceiling right now. 4ļøāƒ£ Use Your Coaches Properly December is NOT the time to go quiet. Lean on us. Ask for swaps. Message before events. Send your plan… and let us optimise it. We’re here to make December easier, not harder. 5ļøāƒ£ Manage Expectations the Right Way You don’t need PBs.You don’t need perfection. For many of you, maintaining is the win. December success = staying in the game. Comment below what is the biggest one of these that you need to work on to finish 2025 strong? Public commitment = higher standards. Let’s finish 2024 strong and start January already ahead of the pack. šŸ”„

Cold weatheršŸ™‚. So true! That one can creep up on you with no Calendar entry to warm you there could be trouble ahead! šŸ˜…
šŸ“… 66 Days Until Christmas…
Read that again. Now take this in: by the time the last-minute madness kicks in, you’ve really got less than 60 days to finish this year proud. šŸ‘‰ That’s 60 days to build momentum. šŸ‘‰ 60 days to raise your standard. šŸ‘‰ 60 days to enter 2026 with power and purpose or drift in with regret. This morning I had one of those ā€œtruth slapsā€ while out walking… Most people complicate the process. Most people overthink. Most people wait for January to ā€œstart again.ā€ But the 1% who WIN? They simplify and execute. šŸ’” Here’s a stat you won’t forget: On average, we eat the same 10–12 meals per week. So instead of chasing new diets or overthinking your food plan… Ask yourself: āž”ļø What are my go-to meals? āž”ļø What can I lock in that makes things easy and repeatable? Let’s create a bank of simple, go-to meals that drive consistency. Drop in the comments: āœ… Your 1-3 go-to breakfasts āœ… Your 1-3 go-to lunches āœ… Your fav dinners or snacks that help you stay on track šŸ‘‡ COMMENT BELOW with your staples and let’s inspire each other with simplicity that leads to success. No fluff. No overthinking. Just elite execution, one meal, 1 day at a time. Let’s finish this year strong together.
