AMAZING OPPORTUNITY FOR FEMALE GOALKEEPERS 🚀
Guys, The main goalkeeper coach for the English emailed me in Friday with this wonderful opportunity - so i thought i would pass it on... Dear Ray Newland & J4K, From 1st September to 30th September 2025, we’re calling on everyone who works with young players to help us find the next generation of football stars. We are particularly motivated to identify and support high-potential England-eligible female goalkeepers born between 2007 - 2012, and we would like to ask for your support with this. If you know a player with talent now, or the potential to shine in the future, take just a few minutes to complete the Discover My Talent referral form. It’s quick, simple, and could change a young person’s life. Click here to access the form from the England Football Website Click here to access the form directly As always, please don’t hesitate to get in touch at any time. Your insight is invaluable as we continue to build a comprehensive understanding of the goalkeeper pool across the national game. Kind regards, Jamie Annerson

@Kathy Martin This is not good if this is correct. Ruby got a referral and we completed the form August this year as she was recommended following a trial training day. We’ve heard nothing since and this is the first year (2012 birth year) she is eligible and now to not run the training We can’t seem to catch a break.

SUCCESS Sunday - What Was Your Win This Week?
Each week, I invite you to share your biggest goalkeeper win. This isn't about the scoreline, but rather what aspects of your goalkeeping you improved or what new product you got to enhance your game. Additionally, can you name three things you are grateful for? These don't have to be goalkeeper-related. The reason I do this is simple: everyone has tough weeks. Reflecting on and writing down your recent wins and what you're grateful for is a PROVEN way to realise that life is pretty great and you're a very lucky person. To get you started, here’s my win and what I'm thankful for this week: MY WIN: Getting over 3200 members and growing in this community, WHAT I AM GRATEFUL FOR: 1. Getting my weight down to 15st 8Lbs (From 19st 11 lbs) 2. Learning to play golf 3. Adding another 19 goalkeepers to the J4K goalkeeper glove sponsorship program. Share your win below and what you’re grateful for. Let's keep inspiring each other!

Ruby’s achievements were with West Ham academy this weekend. Quarter final against Crystal Palace. Ruby keeps a clean sheet but the other keeper concedes and ends 1-1 Up she steps not only to take penalty number 1 and score But saves 2 and sends West Ham through to the semis. And ironically didn’t get a mention in the coaches debrief nor POTM but that’s a goalkeepers life sometimes All the hard work for little recognition.

This Will Be Life Changing - Launch Date March 23rd.
At last I have finished the 12 week workbook on how to help you all develop your confidence, self belief and become bulletproof as a goalkeeper! I GUARANTEE this is going to change so many lives, on and off the pitch! Again I apologise over the delay, but this workbook is about 120 pages long, so has taken me longer than I thought to complete. I know 120 pages sounds long - But I promise you, it will take you just 10 minutes each day to complete. By the way, I am going to be charging people to get access to this work book- but you will get the workbook and the video course, completely free of charge because you are part of this community. So get ready for March 23rd!!!

Even the greatest athletes have been there. But what set them apart was their mindset—they kept going no matter what. 📜 Here’s your challenge: Print out these quotes and put them on your bedroom wall. Read them every morning and remind yourself that champions aren’t born—they’re made through hard work, belief, and persistence. WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE - COMMENT BELOW ⬇️⬇️⬇️ 1-5: Hard Work & Dedication 1. "Hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard."– Tim Notke (Basketball Coach) 2. "I hated every minute of training, but I told myself, ‘Don’t quit. Suffer now and live the rest of your life as a champion.’"– Muhammad Ali (Boxing) 3. "Some people want success to happen, some wish it would happen, but champions make it happen."– Michael Jordan (Basketball) 4. "If you don’t believe in yourself, nobody else will. Expect great things from yourself, and you’ll achieve them."– Michael Jordan (Basketball) 5. "True champions never stop pushing forward until they get it right."– Billie Jean King (Tennis) MY FAVOURITE: ❤️😃 ‘If You Want To Be Better Than Average, Then Simply Work Harder Than The Average!’ Ray Newland Ex Ex-Professional Goalkeeper And Founder Of Just4keepers 6-10: Overcoming Failure 1. "The biggest challenges are given to the strongest shoulders to carry them."– Usain Bolt (Track & Field – Sprinting) 4. "Getting knocked down doesn’t define you. Getting back up does."– Vince Lombardi (American Football Coach) 5. "A champion isn’t just measured by wins, but by how well they rise after falling."– Serena Williams (Tennis) 11-15: Mental Strength & Mindset 1. I’ve always said to ruby and her team when coaching “Champions aren’t made when the lights are on, they’re built in the hours no one sees.” Kinda stuck.
