Hi everyone! My name's Kurt, and I'm located in Milwaukee. I currently work as an Investment Accounting Senior Analyst and am a licensed CPA. My goal for this year is to significantly increase my knowledge of real estate investing and to own or co-own my first rental property. @Eunice Villarroel yes it’s super tough here in CA. Either have to put a lot down to cash flow or add bedrooms/units . I picked up a property last year and putting an ADU in the backyard

@Eunice Villarroel no it’s easy. Just takes time. Luckily mine took 3 months but it can also take 6-9months
