Upcoming trainings on muscle, fat loss, vitality (and so forth)
My poll the other day showed some signs of a heart-beat despite the glassy-eyed zombies in the audience. Good news: there's enough interest for me to move forward with a few short 20-45 minute video and/or audio sessions. Here's my question to you: šŸ‘‰ Which topic catches your fancy? What's your biggest, most painful, most urgent or most compelling pain at the moment? - Are you interested in building and keeping muscle tissue? - Burning off the fat and keeping it off? - Committing to a goal and keeping a machine-like consistency? Is it something I didn't think of? Leave a comment and let me know. Either way... Pick your option and let me know which gets your fires burning šŸ‘‡

I am at last at a stage in my life (freed from the expectations of a profession with the basic paradigms of which I for some decades have found myself at odds), when I should be able to indulge my desires in reading, writing, gardening and exploration. I am thwarted by lack of energy, constantly tired. I feel both my physical and my mental strength waning. I may be wishing the impossible, as the activity meter of life relentlessly nears its right-hand end, but I feel I must do what I can to slow the decline. At the most basic, I need to halt, ideally reverse, muscle loss and try to reduce that epicardial fat which might be the reason for the atrial fibrillation I went into two years ago.
Would you pay even $1 for fresh hot trainings on how to USE the science of muscle growth for shirt-splitting gains?
I've been going back through a long-lost book that I wrote way back in 2009 called "Maximum Muscle". That book collected a ho' lot of research into muscle hypertrophy and what causes it. Bad news: the book itself is an over-written monstrosity that should never see the light of day. Good news: the ideas in it are rock-solid, and they've inspired me to create some new trainings in audio and video format. But the people I'm talking to now seem bored and uninterested, so I'm not going to waste the time making one blessed thing... ...not unless you let me know you would actually WANT and BUY such game-changing ideas. So I need you to let me know. šŸ‘‰ Would you pay even $1 fresh insights on what makes muscles grow and how to PUT THAT KNOWLEDGE INTO ACTION in your own workouts? If so, drop "$1" in the comments šŸ‘‡
