Carnivore diet for 30 days!
Good afternoon fellas. How we all doing today? I don't know about you guys but the biggest thing pissing me off lately is feeling drained and knackered. So I am going to give this carnivore diet a shot for 30 days to see if it makes me feel any better. The hardest part of doing the things I need to do to better my life is finding the energy to actually do it. Im carrying too much weight aswell that I want to shift so im going to do one big carnivore meal a day for 30 days. That will mean I will be fasting aswell for pretty much 24hrs a day!! Sounds drastic and extreme but I've tried this before for short periods and it did make a difference to how I felt and my energy levels. We cant go on a journey in a knackered vehicle can we so I hope this works for me. I will keep you guys updated with how this goes. Anyone have any questions about it just ask. All the best

Morning mate all the best with giving this diet ago 👍. Not to sure what the diet is or the ins and out but sounds basically like what I do all day I come to work at 6am I don’t have any breakfast just a coffee when at work then I basically just don’t eat till I get home which can be sometime 6.30-7.30pm like last night and for the past 2 nights now I haven’t even sorted any propa tea just got in snacked on a few bits and called it a day. More out of habit now and just not having the time money or food to bring to work or just having the feeling or the desire to eat don’t really hit me. With being stress led, up a height mind constantly going flat out there is not time for this. But deffo something I need to work on and make a better relationship with food
This Is Me!
Hello Lads, 44 year old Durham Dad here. Like many of us, I’ve been sat pondering what is the point of this whole “life” business. I feel like a passenger in my own existence at times, but I plod on for my wife and kids. Honestly don’t think I would still be here if not for them. Been working hard since I left school, always living on the breadline, I don’t have the smarts to work my way up (council estate lad, council estate education). I don’t qualify for any government support either. Struggled with depression for years, recently diagnosed as autistic, which explains a lot of my past and existing struggles. On a more positive note, my interest include, heavy metal music, horror and true crime stories, football, pro wrestling, reading and writing books. I love a pint and love a good quiz, although I do get too excited and shout out the answer when I know it lol. Looking to find a side hustle, was hoping publishing my stories would be it, but that’s not proving to be a success.

Hi all new here and basically echo everything that everyone has said so far 36-37 from Durham trapped in debt and working 60-70hrs per week for over a year now just to keep things afloat. Few set back have caused this spiral in life wife’s health and her taking time out of work for a heart op and coupled with being given 3 months notice out the blue from previous landlord as they wanted to sell the house. With no saving and in a hard financial situation already with my wife out of work the wheels just fell off. I ended up with a loan with 47.9% apr for a few thousand a couple of credit cards and things have just mounted up. Wife knows we are in debt and struggling but not the full extent of it but it was something that I did not want to worry her or burden her with when she was unwell and now it’s to far gone. Peace and love too you all , the struggle is real
