What Would You Ask The CEO of LinkedIn ?
I'm on a plane to New York to interview the CEO of LinkedIn, Ryan Roslansky. While I fly, I'm using AI to build a custom "Research Brief Studio" app to prep for this interview. I've been iterating on it across my last three guests, and it is INCREDIBLE. I'm obsessed with building apps with AI. And honestly? Six months ago, I was sleeping on AI — just like so many of you still are. That's exactly why this conversation matters. Ryan just wrote a book called Open to Work about how AI is reshaping every aspect of our careers. Not someday. Right now. LinkedIn's own data shows 70% of the skills required for the average job could change by 2030. A few things from his book that stopped me in my tracks: Your job isn't your title anymore — it's a collection of tasks. Some of those tasks AI can already do better than you. The question is: what's left that only YOU can do? Ryan says AI won't just automate work — it'll reshape identity. People will define themselves by what they can uniquely do WITH AI, not by their job title. He identifies 5 human skills AI can never replicate: curiosity, courage, creativity, compassion, and communication. We've been calling these "soft skills" our entire careers. He says they're about to become survival skills. Ryan's bottom line: AI won't replace you. But someone using AI will. And every day you wait, the gap gets wider. I'm sitting on this plane right now, prepping questions for one of the most important interviews I've ever done. But I want to hear from YOU — what would you ask the CEO of LinkedIn about AI and the future of your career? Drop your question below, and I'll try to ask the best ones.

hmm..this question is not very relevant from a productivity standpoint, but something I'm wondering personally. 1.We just saw a solo telehealth company hitting 1.2 billion valuation, but the companies providing the 'brains' (the LLMs) aren't profitable yet. Is it possible that the users of AI are going to be the only ones making money, while the builders of AI just collapse under the weight of their own compute debt? 2. With interest rates where they are and the massive energy costs to run these models, the math of AI looks tough right now. If you were advising a business owner today, would you tell them to go 'all-in' on a specific model, or should we be diversifying in case one of these major labs pulls a 'dot-com' style collapse? 3. I'm wondering how the algorythm on linkedin is now responding to AI generated posts, which is most of them! How can currently a person stand out on the algorythm? Where does he see that evolution in next few years.

This week our focus is blowing out a new string of sales funnels and ads on meta, IG, TikTok, and youtube. I'm also focusing on a new partnership that might be evolving, asking important questions- seeing if this is a fit!!

We're an AI agency, and developed a SaaS AI SDR last year. Our deficiency though has been building our brand, working to turn that around now.
When are you most productive?
Quick question for everyone šŸ‘‡ When do you feel most productive during the day? šŸŒ… Morning ā˜€ļø Afternoon šŸŒ™ Night And why do you think that is? Curious to see the different answers.

In the morning, about 9 am. I believe because my body is at its fresh peak of energy, my brain is fresh from a good nights rest, and that is the time I can deeply think and focus on deep work flows. I can focus on important decsions before decision fatigue hits in the afternoon.
We talked about ā€œlosingā€ the other day…
But here’s the other side of the story šŸ‘‡ We just won TWO awards: šŸ† The Perfect Score Award at INDIE PaC - based purely on ORBIT data measuring audience influence!! šŸ† The Noura Erakat Award for Palestinian Excellence in Audio Storytelling at NYC Podcast Awards Still processing this. Because this didn’t start polished… It started with: – Carrying equipment on the train – Recording in closets (and yes… even a bathroom once) – Working until 2am, weekends included– Showing up every week no matter what And most importantly… People believed before there was anything to show. 20 volunteers worked for FREE for 2 years. That’s how this was built. So if you’re in the messy phase right now… Keep going. To every creator, entrepreneur or podcaster reading this: You don't need permission. You just need a mission to help others, people who believe in you, and the will to keep going, even when you don't know if anyone is listening… They're listening. šŸŽ™ļø Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey šŸ™šŸ¼ Appreciate every single one of you in this community ...

We didn’t win… but here’s the real win šŸ‘‡
Young and Profiting didn’t take home the 2026 iHeartRadio Award for Best Business & Finance. But we WERE nominated. And I was the ONLY female podcaster in that category. A podcast that started in my mom’s basement in 2018…Got recognized at that level. That’s not a loss. That’s momentum. šŸ† Lesson: Progress > outcome. The room you’re trying to get into? You belong there. Keep going. šŸ’— And to this community…Thank you. YOU got us here. šŸ’Æ Now it’s simple: āž”ļø Celebrate the milestone āž”ļø Double down āž”ļø Get back to work We’re just getting started. šŸ”„šŸš€
