What Would You Ask The CEO of LinkedIn ?
I'm on a plane to New York to interview the CEO of LinkedIn, Ryan Roslansky. While I fly, I'm using AI to build a custom "Research Brief Studio" app to prep for this interview. I've been iterating on it across my last three guests, and it is INCREDIBLE. I'm obsessed with building apps with AI. And honestly? Six months ago, I was sleeping on AI — just like so many of you still are. That's exactly why this conversation matters. Ryan just wrote a book called Open to Work about how AI is reshaping every aspect of our careers. Not someday. Right now. LinkedIn's own data shows 70% of the skills required for the average job could change by 2030. A few things from his book that stopped me in my tracks: Your job isn't your title anymore — it's a collection of tasks. Some of those tasks AI can already do better than you. The question is: what's left that only YOU can do? Ryan says AI won't just automate work — it'll reshape identity. People will define themselves by what they can uniquely do WITH AI, not by their job title. He identifies 5 human skills AI can never replicate: curiosity, courage, creativity, compassion, and communication. We've been calling these "soft skills" our entire careers. He says they're about to become survival skills. Ryan's bottom line: AI won't replace you. But someone using AI will. And every day you wait, the gap gets wider. I'm sitting on this plane right now, prepping questions for one of the most important interviews I've ever done. But I want to hear from YOU — what would you ask the CEO of LinkedIn about AI and the future of your career? Drop your question below, and I'll try to ask the best ones.

The Moment I Stopped Waiting… Everything Changed
Let me take you back to 2018. I was working in corporate America, at HP, where I had already built and led the Young Employee Network. I thought I was next in line for a bigger global leadership opportunity. But I didn’t get it😔 And the truth is, that rejection hit hard because it wasn’t the first time. Hot97 passed me up for the role I wanted. MTV pulled the plug on the show I thought would change everything. And now, once again, another gatekeeper was telling me no. That was the moment everything clicked for me. I realized I was tired of letting other people decide my ceiling. So in April 2018, while still working my corporate job, I started Young and Profiting. My mindset became: If I can’t lead 7,000 young employees inside one company, I’ll go lead millions outside of it. That decision changed my life. What I learned is this: Gatekeepers can delay you. But they do not define you. Sometimes the breakthrough isn’t getting chosen. It's choosing yourself. So now I’m curious… Where in your life are you still waiting for permission?

Consistency leads to breakthroughs!
Every big creator you look up to? They FAILED first. • Got rejected • Got ignored • Got told “this isn’t for you” • Posted to crickets for months (or years) But here’s the difference… they didn’t stop. What made them different, is that They adjusted, they learned, and consistently kept showing up. If you’re not seeing results yet, you’re not behind you’re just in the phase most people quit in. Stay consistent. Your breakthrough might be closer than you think. 🔥

The Creator Advantage Nobody Talks About ❤️
If you're building a business, brand, or audience, this is a conversation you need to hear. I used to record podcast episodes in a closet—no fancy setup, no strategy... Just me squeezing interviews in between meetings. And honestly? I thought I was doing it wrong. I kept thinking: “Once I figure it all out, then I’ll go all in.” But that moment never came. Clarity doesn’t come before you start. It comes because you start. That realization changed everything for me. And that’s exactly why I recorded this episode. In this episode, I break down: • What it really takes to build content that grows your brand and business • Why experimentation is the key strategy for success 🎯 • How to use your personal brand as your biggest asset • Why consistency beats everything (even strategy and talent) If you've been stuck overthinking, this episode will unlock a lot for you. 🎧 Listen on Apple Podcast 🎧 Stream on Spotify Let me know what you think after you listen! ✨ — Hala
