🚀 What's the #1 Way You Get Leads Right Now?
🙋🏻‍♀️ I’ll go first! My favorite way to get leads is through Zoom webinars — I provide value live, then capture people’s email + phone number when they register. I love webinars because they let me: ✨ Sell 1:many ✨ Build trust fast ✨ Provide real value upfront ✨ Retarget warm leads afterward ✨ Sharpen my selling + communication skills I honestly feed off the energy — it’s so much fun hosting them. One of my favorite strategies is getting paid sponsors for webinars, so I can pour everything into the experience even if nobody buys a thing. Total win-win: the audience gets value, sponsors get exposure, and I build my pipeline. 🚀 🔥 PS: I actually have a webinar on high-converting webinars! I'll put that in our SKOOL programming this quarter if you guys are interested! Your turn — what’s the #1 way you’re getting leads right now? 👇
🎯 Monday Circle of Focus Reset
Dan Henry’s Circle of Focus is a simple reminder: Growth comes from focusing on what you can control — not what you can’t. Think of your life/business as two zones: ✅ Inside the Circle = Control - Content & consistency - Outreach & relationships - Your offer & execution - Skill-building & mindset These are things you directly influence through action. ❌ Outside the Circle = No Control - Algorithms, competitors, opinions, timing, validation These are things you can react to, worry about, complain about… but not control. Your success is largely determined by how much time you spend inside vs. outside the circle. 🎯 Monday Circle of Focus Reset 🎯 1️⃣ Spot the Distraction What’s stressing you out that’s outside your control ? 2️⃣ Flip It Into Action Algorithm stress → Post more + sharpen your hooks Slow sales → increase outreach + follow-ups Comparison → Refine your offer + stay in your lane 3️⃣ Take your action and make it specific + measurable 👉 What’s ONE thing inside your Circle of Focus you’re committing to execute this week? 💥 🚀 Share your reset below! What’s been distracting you and what are the measurable actions inside your Circle of Focus you’re committing to execute this week? 💥
We Podcasters Need Operations Managers (vs only VAs)
What's your take in this YAP family? As you read it note, everyone's at different levels as Hala talks about - 3 different levels so read this noting the level you're on and season you're in. So I’ve hired VA’s or “off shore staff” for years, mainly from Upwork. These professionals work well, but I know I needed something else. So I hired a chief of staff or operations manager. She happens to be US based. Her rate is not $10 an hour or etc, but more like $50 or more per hour. Yes, it’s an investment and worth every penny. A virtual assistant by nature of their rate and often that English (or the mother tongue of your country) might not be their primary language of comfort. Nor their experience in business operations (the most important thing) - is often a hinderance. They don’t have that experience. Doing “tasks” is great. Editing video, inputting records, prompting AI, emailing 100 clients, etc ,etc However, a “Chief of Staff” or “Operations Manager” has the maturity and experience to not just do “tasks” but understand the business goals, the entrepreneur’s needs and create their own tasks that get projects done, with minimal supervision or none at all. A good operations manager is on YOUR back about getting things done. They know the vision and mission of the company and are able to “lock in” with you to move projects forward week to week. In fact they can manage you VAs. Yes hire virtual assistants* but also hire a great operations manager or chief of staff. *Side note - give your VA’s titles - like “Video editor”, “Blogger”, “Customer service manager” etc.
