Building out a Business Plan with the Book
Does anyone have any tips and advice on how they started building out their business plan for their book? I have my book proposal, and I am working on my marketing strategy to do keynote speeches. Beyond that I’m grappling. I have this audacious business idea that seems very futuristic- but it doesn’t quite match my first book. 😄🫣 Thank you in advance for your support.

This is more common than you think. My advice: don’t force the futuristic idea into the first book. Let Book One do one job really well, clarify the message, establish authority, and open doors for speaking. Treat it as the foundation, not the full business. Once the book creates traction, the bigger vision has room to breathe. Trying to build the whole future in Book One usually slows everything down.”

@K J I know the feeling! I have 4 books I want to write in 2026, what helped me was figuring out which one I have more information on and can knock it out quick. This will give me the momentum to get the other ones published.

Hello everyone! This is where I spend most of my days. And I am currently writing a business book that is how to command a room using social dynamics and non verbal communication.
