So one of my favorite quotes is by Chinese philosopher Lao Tzu who says, “The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step…today share with us 1 step you will take TODAY to achieve the goal you mentioned yesterday… actually not a step a BITE! One bite at a time.” Your long-term goals for this challenge, books, courses, coaching programs, speaking tours, aren’t achieved in one huge leap. They’re achieved in consistent, DAILY BITES.
