📌 CHOOSE YOUR CHALLENGE This is where the transformation starts. Every member must choose one challenge to focus on for now. Reply to this with your choice and wait for team leads to reach out to you in your group chats. 1. LOOKS CHALLENGE: “10K Step Glow-Up" Goal: Improve posture, skin, circulation, and overall aesthetic through daily walks. •⁠ ⁠Daily Task: Walk 10,000 steps (tracked through Apple Health / Google Fit). •⁠ ⁠Bonus Tip: Walk outdoors for natural sunlight + better jaw definition & clearer skin. •⁠ ⁠How to Track: Post daily screenshots of your step count in your group chat or team thread. 2. PHYSIQUE CHALLENGE: “Fit Fuel” Nutrition Tracker* Goal: Improve body composition through eating habits, not just lifting. •⁠ ⁠Daily Task: - Track your food using MyFitnessPal or Cal AI. - Aim for consistent protein intake (at least 150g/day). •⁠ ⁠Weekly Tasks: - Share 3 full days of meals with the community through a post. - Post 1 high-protein recipe that others can try. •⁠ ⁠How to Track: Screenshot your macro tracker and log meals in a post. 3. DISCIPLINE CHALLENGE: “The Daily Dial-In” Goal: Build structure, self-control, and mental clarity. •⁠ ⁠Daily Tasks: - Read 20 pages. - Meditate for 10 minutes first thing in the morning.
