We have a call center handling inbound calls for our clients. Currently, they do not receive inbound calls inside of the web app for sub accounts if they are not in the sub account itself. This is an issue since we have agents handling over 20 clients at a time. Plus - we have multiple agents that need to simultaneously get the inbound call. Issue 2: We would like to ring multiple users at a time - and keep ringing the other users if one of the users hangs up if they are not available. So when someone has their phone on do not disturb - I want it to ring our other call agents. Does anyone know how to fix one of these?
