We have a call center handling inbound calls for our clients. Currently, they do not receive inbound calls inside of the web app for sub accounts if they are not in the sub account itself. This is an issue since we have agents handling over 20 clients at a time. Plus - we have multiple agents that need to simultaneously get the inbound call. Issue 2: We would like to ring multiple users at a time - and keep ringing the other users if one of the users hangs up if they are not available. So when someone has their phone on do not disturb - I want it to ring our other call agents. Does anyone know how to fix one of these?

Hi guys, At the moment i literally have 4 clients which can't go live because they don't own their own Facebook account within their business manager. they are not tech savvy so it's hard for them to regain access to it, and every time they tell me they will fix it, and then it takes another few weeks and the contact slowly dies. How do I fix this ? Is there any go-to way to reclaim access to your own page ? Or should I just create a new FB page for them? Would love your guys input.
