STOP Chasing PERFECT ⛳️🧠💪🏻
Stop Chasing “PERFECT” 🙏🙏🙏 So many golfers obsess over technique and mechanics… trying to build the perfect golf swing so that they can perform under pressure! Don’t get me wrong, competent technical and physical patterns are incredibly important to you reaching your potential!! BUT, those with competent mechanics often wonder why everything unravels when the pressure hits. Here’s the truth: You can have the most competent swing on the range, but if your mind isn’t trained for pressure, it won’t hold up when it matters. Your technical skills are functioning well, but the mental skills are being left behind. That’s why frustration builds. That’s where confidence and trust are lost. After working with golfers at all levels over the past 20 years, I can tell you this with 100% certainty: Training your mind to create a “Neural Pathway” between how you practise and how you want those skills to shows up under pressure is critical to your success and enjoyment in the game! Train your mind to perform in discomfort and competitive situations— not just in comfort! Because when you condition your mind for pressure and consequence- everything changes. Your focus sharpens. Your confidence rises. Your training finally shows up on the Back Nine on Sunday. So ask yourself… Do you want a “perfect” swing that disappears under stress? Or do you want the ability to perform with confidence, clarity, and commitment no matter how you feel? The choice is yours — and your best golf continues with finding Mastery in the Mental Game ⛳️ 🧠 💪🏻

Love this. This is me to a tee. It’s great that through this forum I’ll learn the tools to handle pressure better and actually play to my potential. Can’t wait to strengthen the mental side of my game and be at my best for next year’s pennant season! 🧠🔥
How do you respond to mistakes & moments of feeling like 💩
Brain Fart's and challenging moments are part of every round of golf. How do you typically respond?? Drop a comment below ⬇️ ⬇️ ⬇️

Hehe, love this 💩 💩 💩 Honestly, when I’m not at my best I definitely get 😡🤬 and feel that frustration bubble up. But if I can catch myself in the moment, I try to slow everything down…my breathing, my walk to the next shot and try to reset.
Who’s Ready 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
Something Big Is Coming… ⛳️ 🧠 💪🏻 I’m working on a really cool new project that dives deep into the mental game, and eliminates 2 of the biggest barriers to entry when it comes to Mental Performance Coaching- * Accessibility ✖️ *Affordability✖️ The new platform with help golfers conquer fear, build unshakable confidence, sharpen focus, and play with a calm, clear mind 🙌🏻 And all of this isn’t void of stress, anxiety and pressure!! It’s learning to allow all of these to be present, while you focus on your Mental Performance frameworks to help you bridge the gap between Potential & Performance 🧠💪🏻🙏 This is all about transforming the way you think so you can transform the way you play!! Who’s excited? ⛳🧠🔥

KINTSUGI PHILOSOPHY 🙏🙏🙏
I had one of my professional clients share this video with me today after a painful Final Round at a recent Q School. Kintsugi is the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery by mending the pieces with lacquer dusted or mixed with powdered gold, silver, or platinum. It is also a philosophy that treats breakage and repair as part of an object's history, rather than something to hide, celebrating imperfections and the beauty of resilience. How can we apply this to our golf game??

For me it’s accepting that mistakes are part of golf. Use them as feedback to get better, instead of letting the pressure crack you.

I play 🏌🏻‍♀️ whenever I can, 🚴🏻‍♀️ when I can’t. Golf makes me 🤬, riding makes me 🥰. I’m hoping this group will change 🤬 to 🤩
