Hi Community, I want to thank you and share some best practices that helped me to grow and optimized my wholesale FBA business! 1) Systemize what makes sense I started with product selection and pricing. Both processes are standardized now. For purchasing the product needs to pass a checklist before I buy them. Secures quality and eliminates emotional decisions. Pricing is standardized to a minimum amount of profit, above that a percentage of RoI. 2) Realize what you can impact Focus on growth tasks and excelent execution and the scoreboard will improve over time by it self. Make a challenge to look at your revenue and profit only twice a day. 3) Time blocking Build a weekly cadence of your tasks. For example Saturday shipping, Sunday purchase, each morning 30 minutes maintenace tasks etc. There is a lot more but having that build up it feels like you own the business and not the business owns you 😎🤟 I wish everybody a great weekend!
