@Arsh Singh This right here is the shift. Perfection ā€œfeelsā€ productive. However validation is actually productive. Most founders try to remove risk by polishing. But the only real risk reducer is: Getting someone to pay. Rough MVP + paying users beats polished tool + silence every time. Once money enters the equation, feedback gets sharper. Priorities get clearer. Decisions get easier. Completely different game, like you said. Now the real flex is this: Who here is building rough on purpose this week?
