🚀 How To Use This Community
This community is here for one reason: To help you build and ship an AI app that can make money. 💰 Not to stay stuck learning. Not to collect ideas forever. Not to “research” for 6 months. Build. Ship. Improve. Monetise. ✅ Step 1: Pick ONE app idea Don’t build 5 things at once. Choose one simple app that solves one real problem for one specific type of person. Rule: If your idea needs 10 features, it’s too big. ✅ Step 2: Start building fast Use the tools, trainings, prompts, and workshops inside this group to build your MVP fast. Your first version should be: - simple - useful - ugly if needed - live as soon as possible You do not need perfect. You need working. ✅ Step 3: Post your progress Don’t build in silence. Use the community to post: - your app idea - your landing page - your MVP - your offer - your pricing - your blockers The faster you share, the faster you improve. ✅ Step 4: Ask better questions Bad question: “What do you think?” Better question: “Would a Shopify store owner pay £19/month for this?” Or: “What’s the biggest thing stopping this from converting?” Specific questions get useful answers. ✅ Step 5: Give feedback too If you want replies, give replies. Comment on other people’s: - ideas - offers - landing pages - screenshots - pricing - positioning A strong community works when people build together, not just consume. ✅ Step 6: Ship every week Your goal is not to “learn more.” Your goal is to ship something every week. That could be: - a homepage - onboarding flow - first feature - waitlist - pricing page - Stripe link - first customer outreach Small progress wins. ✅ Step 7: Start thinking about money early Don’t wait until your app is “finished.” Ask early: - Who would pay for this? - Why would they buy now? - What problem is expensive enough to solve? - Can I pre-sell this? The goal is not just to build. The goal is to build something people will pay for.

Watch Me Build This NEW AI APP In Less Than 10 Minutes (Step By Step)
I don’t think “building a SAAS” should take months anymore. So I tried something… Built an app in under 10 minutes. No coding. No dev team. Just a simple idea and one core feature. And it worked. Most people overcomplicate this. They think: - they need funding - they need tech skills - they need the perfect idea You don’t. You just need to start. I recorded the full process here and went one step further.. 🚀 Build a Banger™ GPT is here for you to use right away which guides you step by step: https://chatgpt.com/g/g-69cb990c29b48191883629df9f1d12ca-build-a-bangertm

You’ve built your MVP. Good. Now stop building. Start driving users. Because everything changes once real people touch your product — feedback gets sharper, faster, and brutally honest. This next phase is simple: 28 days. Real users. Real signals. We use 4 Drive Campaigns: 1. Owned Engine. Build assets you control.Audience. Email list. Community.Small daily inputs → long-term leverage. 2. Referrals & Affiliates. If it’s good, people share it.If you incentivise it, it scales. 3. Direct Outreach. Message people. Not “buy this” —“Can you break this for me?” 4. Paid Ads. Only when this is true:Offer works. Funnel converts.Otherwise you’re just burning money. Now decide: Pick ONE channel. Not two. Not three. One. Then execute: • Join 3–5 groups • Add value • Study real problems • Send your MVP to warm contacts • Ask for confusion, not compliments • Push for your first paid user Because free users give feedback. Paying users give truth. Final check: Is your “Get Started” flow obvious? Or are you leaking users in confusion? Fix that. Then move. What’s your ONE channel for the next 28 days?

Finally joined the community 👋
What’s up everyone! I’ve been following the work here for a bit and decided it was time to dive in and contribute. I’m a freelance designer and automation specialist, so I spend most of my days obsessing over conversion rates and making sure digital workflows actually make sense. I'm not here to sell—just here to learn from you all and help out where I can. If anyone is ever stuck on a technical "how-to" for their site or needs a quick opinion on a layout, feel free to tag me. Looking forward to leveling up with you guys. 🚀
