Outbound AI Calling & Compliance Question (Real Client Use Case)
Looking for advice from anyone who’s implemented AI outbound calling at scale. I’m working with a potential client that mails about 3,000 postcards per month to businesses (primarily restaurants). They want an AI voice agent to call each recipient, confirm they received the postcard, answer basic questions, qualify interest, and pass qualified leads back to their sales team. I’ve since learned there may be compliance restrictions around AI-generated outbound calls without prior consent. Has anyone successfully implemented a similar B2B use case? If so, how did you handle the compliance side? Did you redesign the workflow or use a different approach? Looking for real-world experience. Thanks!

@Muhammad Arqam Thanks I appreciate the response. Right now it’s primarily a manual process. They have someone making the calls today in the Philippines, but they were running into a bottleneck because they only have a three hour calling window which is 8 to 11 AM and scaling to roughly 3000 businesses per month. The goal is for the AI to qualify each business by confirming they received the postcard and identify or speak with the owner or general manager, and determine whether they’re interested in a free estimate and capture any relevant contact information in notes, then log whether a voicemail was left or if they requested no further contact. After a hat they’ll pass that information back into their CRM or a spreadsheet for the franchisee to handle the next step. Since you’ve already deployed something similar, where your calls to cold B2B businesses or had those businesses already opted in and what disclosure did you use at the beginning of the call to stay compliant?

What do you get if you upgrade to AIS+?
Some of you have never heard of the AIS+ community. Others have but the part that trips you up is the actual difference between the two. Either way, this post will give you clarity. This free group is a bundle of quick resources pulled from my YouTube videos, plus a massive open community that anyone can join. It's a great place to get your bearings and see what's possible. But it's open to everyone, it can be noisy and overwhelming, and there's no path through it. You can get help from other members, but I rarely answer questions here. AIS+ is the opposite: - A step by step roadmap with a clear order, so you're never guessing what to do next - A much smaller community of people who are seriously committed to building and selling AI agents - I answer questions every day and run a weekly Q&A call where you can get direct access to me For the course material: The roadmap takes you from zero to building and selling AI agents, and the whole thing is built on the latest tech like Claude Code and Codex. We update it constantly. The old n8n material has been archived. It's still there if you want it, but it's no longer the focus, because the way you build today has moved on and the courses moved with it. Here's the actual roadmap inside, in order, with when each piece opens up: 1. Start Here (opens the moment you join). Gets you oriented. How the community works, the path ahead, and how to get help when you need it. 2. Build Your Portfolio (opens the moment you join). Why a portfolio matters, beginner level tutorials, and what types of projects to focus on. You end up with real work you can show a client. 3. Claude Code (opens the moment you join). This is now its own dedicated course. Build faster, turn ideas into working automations, and go deep on the tool serious builders are using right now. This takes you from beginner to advanced, step-by-step. 4. Get Your First Clients (opens after 30 days). Getting your first clients is hard, because you don’t have any case studies yet. So, we analyzed all of the success stories from our members and found they get their initial clients with two different techniques: warm outreach and Upwork. So, we teach both techniques in detail with exactly what to say, exactly how to position yourself when you have no proof.

As part of my discovery with prospect I had an ROI calculator built where I walk through how many calls they miss every month, their closing rate on those potential missed leads and average revenue per client. They can see clearly the revenue they are losing each and every month $$. In addition, they enter how many hours they spend each month on those tasks and the hourly rate. Boom! They can now see what time is costing them spent on those tasks or employee. It all adds up… so when you present your 3k solution it doesn’t look so bad when they are losing 5k + every month. But as someone mentioned earlier it’s all about the framing.

@Kamrul Hassan I have a developer that built it out for me. It’s live interactive and will provide them an ROI & downloadable report in pdf as well.

Day 6-7 Of Learning In Public
TL;DR 1. Completed and deployed my portfolio!! Check it out on: https://arhan-ai.vercel.app/ 2. Registered to SSTH (Sahyadri Science Talent Hunt) Contest! Im Building a NextGen AI Business Suite! The idea is to show India how AI can help them Scale their business to greater heights! Im having in total of 10 projects to showcase the true power of AI, in which there are 2 voice agents, 3 chat based agents, 5 automations! You can get more info about my projects in the pdf given below! Yea the pdf is created using Gamma AI.. Like Why not?? Currently I have completed the Email Management Automation, completely production ready! Now I'm thinking of creating the lead generation system by the end of this week(SundayπŸ™‚) I am thinking of hopefully completing all the 10 projects by the end of my holidays, and then work on presentations, video editing etc! Also if you want to join the ssth contest then click on this link: https://ssth.in/ Let me know if the projects showcased in the pdf are legit, and if you have any suggestions then let me know in the comments below! #LearningInPublic #AIForBusiness #ArtificialIntelligence #Automation #NextGenAI #TechInnovation #SahyadriCollege #SSTH2025 #PortfolioLaunch #DigitalTransformation #BusinessGrowth
