What’s your biggest fear in life?
Pick the one that hits the hardest: 1. Fear of being judged — “What will they think of me?” 2. Fear of looking desperate — especially in dating or asking for opportunities. 3. Fear of embarrassing yourself — saying/doing the “wrong” thing. 4. Fear of being ignored — sending the message and getting silence. 5. Fear of upsetting someone — asking for what you want and causing conflict. 6. Fear of failing publicly — trying something and everyone seeing it flop. 7. Fear of losing someone — setting a boundary and they walk away. Drop your number in the comments. Let’s normalize this and face it head-on together. I’ll make more content on my instagram addressing your fears. I’m so happy how fast this community is growing!
4 and 7. Fear of being ignored, and fear of being rejected for setting boundaries. I’m currently healing this wound and uncovering its roots. It’s deeply connected to early experiences of abandonment, which shaped a core belief that being “inconvenient” leads to being left behind. Even after many experiences of rejection and betrayal, this fear still lingers. That’s why I’m here — to finally work through it consciously and break the pattern.
Love this video, Carla! Thank you for sharing it and inspiring us to do the same😁

Welcome to Rejecto Nation. If you’re here and haven’t posted yet, that’s normal, and it’s exactly why this community exists. Most women don’t stay quiet because they have nothing to say. They stay quiet because they don’t want to “do it wrong.” We don’t do perfection here. We do movement. So here’s your first low-pressure courage rep 👇Reply to this post with just 3 things: 1. Your name + where you’re from 2. One area of life where you want more confidence right now(dating, work, boundaries, visibility, speaking up, etc.) 3. One sentence you’ve been holding back lately but want to say more often That’s it. No long bio. No impressing anyone. If posting feels uncomfortable, good. That means you’re in the right place. I’ll personally read every intro, and this is how you start being seen inside the community. Let’s get moving. ✨ (the post can be a video or just a text post!) — Maureen
