Thought I’d share a recent work experience as a cashier at a department store: I had a customer wearing a shirt that read “Seek Discomfort” and we had a little chat sharing some podcasts, YouTube channels, etc. around the concept. Then I discovered this/Maureen’s resources…perfect timing? ✨

Anyone else done this with social phobia? I feel like its waaaay more scary to talk to a stranger on the street than applying to Harvard 🙄
