Audio Courage Drops Coming TMR!!😆💖🎧
Tomorrow we launch a BRAND new feature called audio courage drops. For the first time ever in Rejecto we’ll have audio in the app, I wanted to show you guys a sneak peek, I’m beyond excited for this and I wanted to ask you what audios you’d like me to add. (I used what you guys said you feared the most and answered some of the most commons ones. Especially self worth, dating and inner confidence!) Any specific things you really need a confidence boost on. I’m so excited you guys get to try this brand new feature tomorrow it’s gonna be AWEOME! Shoutout to Rebecca one of our Rejecto users who has over an 100 day streak: she recorded 7 audios for the app she’s an expert at voice meditations and they turned out AMAZING.

I did it!
I applied to give a talk at a conference this weekend. I don't mind being rejected, I'm just happy I finally did it. But at the same time, I'm scared I'll be accepted. It's a weird feeling!

Hello and welcome to Rejecto Nation!✨
I know why you’re here. You’re not weak or unmotivated, you’re just tired of letting fear decide what you do. You’ve held back from speaking up, starting something, or putting yourself out there, because rejection hurts. Like OUCH. But rejection isn’t the problem, it’s the doorway. It’s how you build real confidence, the kind that lasts. YEP, unstoppable confidence. That’s why you’re here, and that’s what we do inside Rejecto Nation. 🧭 How to Start Your Journey Step 1. Download the Rejecto App Your courage coach in your pocket. It’s filled with daily rejection therapy challenges to help you grow. Start small, do something uncomfortable, and remember, the goal isn’t to win, it’s to try. Step 2. Log and Reflect Record your experience in the app. Write what happened and what you learned. You’ll see that rejection doesn’t break you, it builds you. Step 3. Share Your Story Here Post about your challenge, awkward, funny, or amazing, we celebrate it all. Be honest, ask for advice, and connect. Step 4. Connect with Others Comment on posts, message someone, or hop on a quick Zoom call to become accountability partners. You’ll meet people just like you, ready to grow, support, and face fear together. Step 5. Keep Going Every rejection is a rep. Every “no” builds emotional muscle. Soon you’ll see rejection as proof that you were brave enough to try. 🎯 Your First Assignment Create an intro post in the main section, hit the make post button then post to general. Tell us why you’re starting rejection therapy and the biggest goal you want to achieve. Rejection therapy will change how you see yourself. It gives you confidence that’s earned, not imagined. You’ll speak freely, live boldly, and take chances you used to avoid. Welcome to Rejecto Nation!! I’m soooo happy you’re here. Your life changes the moment you stop avoiding “no.” That moment starts now. 🔥

Overcame fear of rejection in speaking to a group
I like watching movies, so I found some film screening communities that screen highly critical movies that are usually not accessible, and also found this to be a great way to interact with likeminded folks. Sometimes I invite friends or some of them invite me - we watch the screening, but usually do not share our observations and takeaways to the public, I was afraid most of the time, with opinions filled in my throat. This time at a different group - they asked everyone to share their observations, one by one. I thought I will keep it short and then move it on, then remembered that this what I wanted to last time as well - so I took my time and shared all the things I liked on the movie and the reflections I had were received well too. Later when returning back after going for dinner, my friend kinda pseudo-rejected me saying that he wanted to stop me in between for how I much I was yapping on the film so that he can finish his talk soon🤣. I felt a little sting, but it felt all good that rejection from a person did not matter much when I did not get rejected by myself or by a larger group!
