I don’t do a lot of meal prep because I just hate it, but I do shop and plan a menu with protein and fiber in mind. I use a white bored and do a menu for 1 week at a time.

@Cheryl Brown Right, and I make a menu but if we want to switch days that’s okay. Then I almost always take leftovers for lunch at work and I plan two meals out a week.
