Exciting news. Each week, Monday at 11:30am ET I will be hosting a 30 minute webinar. This webinar will star @Steve Gast as I show him how to automate EVERYTHING POSSIBLE. We’re starting slow and will do one thing each week. This upcoming Monday we will be using Zapier to automatically transfer contact info when someone joins his Skool group. Things you’ll need if you want to do it with us: 1- a Zapier account 2- a Google account 3- a Skool group Hope to see you there(:
@Mogene Christensen Nope, I’ve never been diagnosed, but I typically stick with the more natural route. I’ve got seven children and I’ve always been a bit of an outside-the-box thinker anyway😅 Back in med school, we did this ruler drop test where you had to say a connecting word to whatever the other person said while catching the ruler. Most people said “bird–egg” or “bird–fly.” Mine was “bird–truck” … because in the half-second before I caught it, my brain had already imagined the bird escaping and nearly being hit by a truck. If that’s not a little bit ADD brain, I don’t know what is.😅 I’ve learned my environment plays a huge role in how well I focus too. If there’s stress in the air, my brain bounces around like a ping-pong ball. So I stick to habits that help keep me steady. Recently I've found that brewing green tea, pouring it over ice in my quart jar, and adding my “good girl moonshine” mix — 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, a little sweetener, and ginger. Between that, hydration, and pacing myself, I can find some good strategies that keep my thoughts from running off in ten different directions a little better 👀🐿️
My sister is beautiful. She sang a song for her new husband and he played her one on the piano. I cried multiple times, and so did most everyone else. My zit was able to be part well hid, I will attach a photo. I eat gluten free and there was gluten free cake that was amazing! The party is still going strong but I am exhausted, so I’m laying down inside to rest for a minute.
