Did you know there are actual physical benefits to gratitude?? Things like decreased blood pressure, improved mood, higher immunity. There is SCIENTIFIC evidence that this is real. So when you take the time to express gratitude verbally or even mentally you are getting a specific health benefit as a result. Just like a good automation(; You have an input, that triggers an output, that leads to the desired outcome. So Situation+Gratitude—>higher immunity, lower blood pressure, and mood elevation. What if you stuck this into your business?? A sales call falls flat+ you feel gratitude that you had one in the first place—>you feel and ARE healthier and happier as a result.
